An Enduring Classic, Updated.

Directly across from the Bowling Green "Charging Bull" Statue in the heart of lower Manhattan's Financial District stands 29 Broadway, an Art Deco Icon and ultra-modern office tower with 21st Century technology.

The Building

Completed in 1931, 29 Broadway was designed by Sloan & Robertson, architects of many notable New York City office buildings, including The Graybar Building, The Chanin Building, The Pershing Square Building, as well as The Century and The Majestic. The Art Deco lobby execution features slate green, gray and white Cippolino marble walls with an aluminum leaf ceiling and Sienese travertine floors.

As a masterpiece of Modern Classicism, 29 Broadway is one of the city's timeless structural monuments.
